Payment TermsEKTIMIS accepts the following major credit cards -
Visa and Mastercharge. We also accept
payment through PayPal. We charge your credit card after you complete
the checkout process. All purchases on EKTIMIS are final. We do not
accept any cancellations since we begin processing your order the same
day we receive it. EKTIMIS artifacts (framed illustrations and artwork) are made to
order. EKTIMIS Training courses and Seminars purchased online are refundable in part
(amount paid less $100 cancellation fee) up until two weeks prior to
training or seminar date. With less than two weeks prior to training, only 50% of the
amount paid will be refundable. EKTIMIS reserves the right to reschedule
a training course due to bad weather. In such a case, a credit will be
awarded to a training registrant toward another training date of choice,
to occur within 90 calendar days.
Return Policy
EKTIMIS sells only new products, and a returned
product would constitute a used product. For this reason we do not
accept any product returns. However, we do realize that ocassionally you
may wish to exchange a product for another after you have placed an
order. For your convenience you may exchange an artifact (framed
illustration or artwork) for another of comparable price
within 24 hours of your order. You may initiate a request for an exchange by completing the
customer service form
and including the order number and the item numbers of the artifact to
be replaced and its replacement. An EKTIMIS representative will handle
your request and get back to you. We cannot honor an exchange for an
artifact after 24 hours of order because the manufacturing process would
already be underway. Books, including eBooks, are not subject to an
exchange.
Damaged ProductsIn the event that you receive a damaged product delivered by the
USPS, FedEx or by UPS, please follow this procedure within 48 hours of
delivery of the order:
- Repack the item in its original packaging material
- Complete the customer service form and include your order number and damage description
An EKTIMIS representative will handle your request and get back to
you in a timely manner to arrange a replacement. It is important that you initiate a damage
report within 48 hours of delivery of your order by FedEx or UPS for us
to honor your report. Our desire is to help you and we appreciate your
cooperation with this process.
Shipping Policy
EKTIMIS uses the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) for
delivery of books to customers. We use Federal Express (FedEx) and
United Parcel Service (UPS) for delivery of artifacts (framed
illustrations and artwork) to customers. All items that are subject to free shipping
will be shipped by either standard (or media) USPS service or UPS
Ground service - per EKTIMIS discretion. However, you may request an
expedited shipping service, during checkout, at your expense.
