A series and collection of two (2) or three (3) 90-minute-duration speaking programs focused on the topic of respect in the workplace for the purpose of effecting a workplace cultural intervention. Each 90-minute speaking program is delivered at predetermined intervals necessary to engage the workforce, collect information and feedback, and assess progress ahead of the next session.Workplaces that are dealing with adverse cultural issues, or that are challenged with unhealthy prevailing behavior should consider this program for the benefit of their personnel - and ultimately their customers. The speaker covers two primary topics - Key elements of The Top Ten Laws of Respect in the Workplace, and the EKTIMIS Respect Model (a graphical illustration of the components of respect). The speaker introduces the powerful concept of respect as the cornerstone of a healthy workplace culture. Respect is presented in a simplified new light, covering the basic concepts that govern respect, the principles that govern factors that explain the way you gain and lose respect, and the practices that enable a person to maintain respect - in an increasingly diverse workplace. All the principles and concepts presented are research-based and are rooted in the EKTIMIS Respect Model - a powerful framework for learning and teaching respect (developed by N. Taiwo).
The speaker engages the use of relate-able stories and examples to illustrate each aspect of the insightful topic. Past audiences have left inspired, renewed, and energized - with a positive shift in attitude.
