This program is designed to demonstrate the powerful synergy achieved by the combination of respect and leadership. The Speaker introduces the powerful concept of respect as the cornerstone of a healthy and sustainable relationship - professional or personal. The program begins with a foundational discussion about respect and the elements that make up respect - rooted in the EKTIMIS Respect Model - a powerful visual framework for learning and teaching respect, researched and developed by the Speaker.

The Speaker goes on to illustrate the powerful nexus between respect and leadership, and how the two principles form the basis for a lasting relationship in any environment.
