The center piece of this premium artifact features a large illustration of the popular (research-based) EKTIMIS Respect Model - a powerful graphical representation of the components (constructs) of the concept of respect.
Surrounding the center piece are four (4) mat openings and four (4) gold-finish corner plates. The left and right mat openings feature the first law (#1) and the tenth law (#10) of The Top Ten Laws of Respect in the Workplace respectively. The top and bottom mat openings feature two powerful artistic illustrations that bring the whole artifact to life. The gold plates capture the various modes by which we manifest respect, along with a description of the engine that drives respect between people.
