Description
Framework for Teaching Respect - The EKTIMIS Respect Model
The Speaker introduces the EKTIMIS Respect Model (ERM), the powerful, graphical (visual) illustration of the concept and principles of respect developed as part of a multi-year research study led by him. He systematically walks through the ERM framework in a manner that breaks down the concept of respect and illustrates the various constructs - of respect, providing insight into the two kinds of respect, the ways in which respect is manifested, the factors that drive the ways we manifest respect, and much more.
Furthermore, for audiences that work in an educational environment or a professional learning environment, the Speaker may facilitate a discussion that unveils creative and effective methods and techniques, for the audience's specific environment, for developing specific lessons about respect - using the ERM as a guide.
This inspirational speaking program is highly instructional and is best suited for a learning organization, an educational audience, or a professional development audience. It is offered in a town hall (interactive) delivery format or a seminar (instructional / workshop) delivery format.
